Mark Dennis
Mark is a highly respected mortgage banking executive with more than 40 years of experience spanning mortgage origination, sales leadership, operations management, and executive leadership. Throughout his career, he has led organizations ranging from regional operations to national production platforms, helping drive billions of dollars in mortgage volume while building strong, high-performing teams.
Mark currently serves as President of Mortgage Lending at Prosperity Bank, where he oversees the bank’s mortgage lending strategy and production efforts. Prior to this role, he held several senior leadership positions within Prosperity Bank and has served in executive roles with organizations including LegacyTexas Bank, Countrywide Financial, First Horizon Home Loans, Colonial National Mortgage, and GE Capital Mortgage.
Mark holds the prestigious Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation, one of the highest professional achievements in the mortgage industry, reflecting his commitment to excellence, ethics, and leadership in real estate finance.
A lifelong North Texan, Mark earned his degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington and has spent his career serving borrowers, business partners, and communities across Texas.
