Cy Hill serves as Vice President and Regional Sales Manager for Prosperity Bank’s Consumer Mortgage Lending division in West Texas. With more than two decades of experience in the mortgage and title industry, Cy leads a team of mortgage professionals while helping clients navigate a wide range of home financing solutions. His extensive industry knowledge and commitment to customer service allow him to guide borrowers through every stage of the mortgage process with confidence and clarity.
Known for his relationship-driven approach, Cy has built lasting partnerships with customers, Realtors, builders, and referral partners throughout West Texas. He is passionate about helping families achieve their homeownership goals and takes pride in finding financing solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Originally born in Georgia and raised in Lubbock, Texas, Cy earned a degree in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University. Outside of the office, he and his wife stay busy supporting their three children and their many activities. A lifelong motorsports enthusiast, Cy has enjoyed drag racing since the age of 14 and remains an avid fan of the Texas Rangers and Texas Tech Red Raiders.
