With over 20 years of experience in finance, banking, underwriting, and lending, Nickita Breaux has played a key role in driving growth and profitability for several globally recognized financial institutions. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and in 2023 earned a Certification in Leadership and Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.
Nickita is federally designated by both the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), underscoring her expertise in the housing and lending sectors.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Nickita is deeply committed to community service. She serves as Vice President of the Southeast Region for SCORE Houston and holds leadership roles in several civic and service organizations, including the NAACP, The Womens Initiative at the United Way, Top Ladies of Distinction Inc., Order of the Eastern Star, National Council of Negro Women (NCNW), and National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Club, Inc. In 2025, Nickita was appointed to the Executive Leadership Committee for Houston Money Week through the City of Houston’s Mayor and Controller’s Office, where she is helping lead efforts to expand financial literacy in underserved communities. She also serves as Economic Development Chair for the NCNW.
