Steve Dixon is a Mortgage Loan Officer serving homebuyers, homeowners, real estate investors, and families throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and across Texas. Since entering the mortgage industry in 2017, Steve has built his approach around personalized service, trusted relationships, and helping clients find mortgage solutions aligned with their financial goals.
Steve specializes in a broad range of financing options, including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, construction, and other specialized loan programs. From first-time homebuyers to clients purchasing high-value properties or financing new construction, he provides thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and hands-on support throughout the mortgage process.
A longtime member of the Flower Mound community, Steve served as Mayor from 2018 to 2021 after multiple terms on the Town Council. He also served on the Planning & Zoning Commission and numerous community and economic development committees. This experience gives Steve a valuable local perspective and a deep understanding of the communities and real estate markets he serves.
